Mad Tea Party Lamp

When I saw this lamp at Finally, in the Nice Things section, I inmediately photographed it. It is the most awesome lamp I've seen ever! It's so "Alice in wonderland".

sheila marquez

I had the pleasure of meeting Sheila Márquez in Madrid Fashion Week, and although she was always in a rush and we couldn't interview her for the video, she always smiled when I asked her for a photo.

She lives in a beautiful flat in Brooklyn, and Harper's Bazaar Spain made a feature of it (in this month's issue, June). It proves my theory: If you are stylish when you get dressed, you are stylish decorating too.

I want to be a Zadig & Voltaire girl

missatlaplaya, zadig voltaire

Marc Jacobs may have said that the rock-glam look is over, but as it is for Spring/Summer 2010, we still have some months to enjoy motorbike jackets and leather miniskirts.

In these pictures you can see Cecilia Bönström's house in Paris. She's the creative director of Zadig & Voltaire, a good alternative to Balmain (I'm so sick of that brand, it is everywhere). Cecilia is very chic, and looks like that kind of people with allure and good taste.

-------------------

Into Lacroix's world

christian lacroix

I've always wondered how the minds of certain genius were. How did Mozart think? How did his school look like? What was Spielberg's favourite subject? What food did Newton hate?

Therefore, I always love seeing the creative inside of the people I admire. These photos of Lacroix's house really show how colourful, enthusiast and hapy he is. I expected his house to be more baroque, but it is quite nice.
